Direct-to-garment printing (DTG)

DTG is a process of printing full color digital designs directly onto fabric using specialized inkjet technology. This printing technique has revolutionized the fashion industry and produce higher-resolution images than any existing fabric printing method. DTG has become the preferred printing method for thousands of professional apparel printers all over the world.

 

Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV)

HTV is a polyurethane material that allows unique layered designs to be created using a specialized software program. Once the design is created, the material is cut and then heat pressed to adhere to the garment. The design can last more than 50 washes. Multi-color, multi-layer designs of HTV are very popular.
